Brunswick Zone XL Tour

Have you been to the Brunswick Zone XL off of Interquest Drive? We love it! I love bowling allies that you can see in and are family friendly. I remember bowling with my Dad growing up- its just so much fun! So, of course I called the place up hoping that they would show us some behind the scenes (my kids and I really wanted to see what went on behind the bowling pins) and they were more than willing.  The manager took us on a tour of their Arcade area, Lazer tag (when no one was playing), behind the bowling alley so we could see how the machine works, into the kitchen, and around the general areas.  We were thrilled.  It was nice to see all parts of the Zone. The kids enjoyed being in the kitchen and walking into the big refrigerator. We had a group of about 20 and split into smaller groups for the tour. Everyone (including the parents) were happy to finally see behind the pins. The manager was really nice and answered all our questions.  Its not a long tour but a memorable one. We stuck around after and just played in the arcade.  If you are heading out that way sometime soon, call and see if you can get a tour too.
Brunswick Zone Tour

What I loved: I've been wanting to see behind the scenes for a really long time- so fun to actually finally see it! I also liked walking around the Lazer Tag area without worrying about getting tagged.

What my kids loved: Walking into the big kitchen fridge, seeing behind the scenes, and the arcade.

What my husband loved: Being able to see how things worked like the pin setter was pretty neat.

See Behind the Scenes at Brunswick then stay and play
I don't have lots of pictures since I was juggling a baby and some kids so you'll have to see it for yourself.  We liked it so much that we had a birthday party there later that year. Its still my favorite place to go for some indoor family fun. If you head over to the arcade know that there is one machine that pretty much guarantees candy so if you need a sure win, head to the little candy machine in the corner.

Location: 1180 Interquest Parkway 80921
Hours: Monday-Wednesday 9-Midnight, Thursday-Sunday opened until 1 or 2 am but for a tour I would shot for before 4:00 when they start to get a lot busier.
Cost: FREE! If you want to bowl or do something else, check their website for coupons!
Total Tour Time: 30 minutes total with both groups.  We stayed another hour though.
Rating: 4/5 since it was short but super memorable.
